Our story begins, like so many do, back in the mists of time. 2018, to be precise. Just one man and his computer, sent out into the translation world armed with a bachelor's degree in modern languages and a master's degree in translation from a global top 10 university. Over the years, old clients stayed close and new ones came in. New clients meant new services. Content writing, localisation, subtitling. New languages too. French. Spanish. German. Arabic. Mandarin.
Soon, it was time to grow, and a project manager came in to ensure clients would continue to receive the personal and high-quality service they had come to expect. That's Penina, there on the left. Herself a veteran of the language services industry, with a background in translation and transcription, Penina brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role.
Today, our story continues to unfold. We have an in-house style guide and client-specific glossaries to ensure consistency. Quality assurance processes for every document, big or small. A carefully handpicked and proven team of language professionals of exceptional quality producing fully human-made texts, supported by the latest industry software to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
